Mass LGBT call-out meeting for all LGBT students and allies at Indiana University at 7:30 p.m. on Wed., Feb. 3, in Room BU219 at the Kelley School of Business. The point of this meeting is to gather members from all of the LGBT groups, and students not currently involved, at in one place to give a brief overview of the organizations on campus. AV equipment will be available for those who wish to use PowerPoint slides in their presentation, but we ask that you limit your presentation to a maximum of five minutes. Prior to the presentations, we plan to have a reception with refreshments provided by O@K and locally owned and operated LGBT establishments. After the presentations, we will have breakout sessions where people can get additional information and materials about each organization. By collaborating to publicize this meeting and working together to encourage members of our respective organizations to participate, we hope to have 200+ students in attendance.
