What does it mean to be a man or a woman?

How does what we watch on television influence how we view our gender?

What does it mean to have a transgender identity or to be intersex?

GenderTalk is a five-week long series in which participants have the opportunity to learn about gender and how it affects all aspects of human life. Participants have the opportunity to engage in discussions about media influences on gender, the “gray” areas of gender, and how they can view gender identity in a different way.

All participants are encouraged to attend all five sessions of the series, which includes interactive discussions, activities, and dialogue.

To sign up or for additional questions, please send an email to gendertalk@gmail.com.
