indyindie Big Tado 2008 on Sept. 6 . . .
We're starting on a high note September 6 with the 3rd indyindie Big Tado. This year we've added a mini film festival, showing short films from local women film makers.

Our musical lineup is fabulous with women you've come to love and request on a regular basis. This year we have indyindie alumni Wishing Chair returning with the release of their brand new CD; Nancy Scott is traveling from Austin, Texas to join us again to share her soulful and often humorous view of life; our favorite Aussie, Martine Locke will rock the house with her latest releases; an indyindie favorite, 2 Chix & a Drum from Nashville, Tennessee will explode onto the stage and have you on your feet; and Indianapolis' own Emily Wood will take the stage with song and humor, and also star in one of the short films.

This year's Big Tado will be at the Key Cinemas, 4044 S. Keystone Ave., Indianapolis. If you've never been to an indyindie Big Tado, you're in for a treat. There will be booths for your shopping pleasure, community service and information booths, and snacks and beverages for sale.

That's right...you can bring your own adult beverages to the Big Tado. We won't be selling beer this time. There is a bar and a liquor store in close proximity to Key Cinemas. Even though we won't be selling beer, we will have pizza and other nosh available for purchase, as well as the normal movie concessions. Only problem is, we have no idea how many people will be coming to the Tado, so we don't know how much food to prepare.

A great way to reach your target audience is by advertising in the Big Tado program. The program is 5.5 x 8.5. A quarter page ad is $25, half page ad is $50, and full page ad is $75. Write Joyce at indiemusic@indyindie.com for specifications.
