4th Annual Bloomington AIDS Walk

The Bloomington AIDS Walk raises funds for Bloomington Hospital Positive Link, which is a local agency for people living with HIV and
AIDS. The contributions from this Walk enable Positive Link to assist people living with HIV, many of whom live at or below the poverty line.

Positive Link serves 9 counties in south-central Indiana and assists more than 150 HIV+ people in the region. This Walk is organized by IU's Student

Global AIDS Campaign. For more info, e-mail sgac@indiana.edu

DATE & TIME: Saturday, April 19th 2008 - The opening ceremony starts at 1pm, and the Walk around Bloomington begins at 1:45pm

STARTING POINT: Third Street Park (Behind Police Station), Bloomington, IN

REGISTRATION: Participants can register on the day of walk or by e-mail to sgac@indiana.edu Donations are accepted instead of a registration fee.

EVENT INCLUDES: Performances, Testimonials, Educational Tables, Walk T-Shirts for $7, and FREE Snacks and Starbucks Coffee
